It’s that time for our next monthly gym challenge, and the first for this year! Our challenges are designed for all fitness levels to have a go, and just challenge yourself.
Our January monthly gym challenge is – Plank hold for max time.
The challenge is to hold a Plank for your best time with proper technique. To take part, simply grab one of our gym team to come and take you through a demonstration and cheer you on! They will keep time and keep a close eye on your technique, as well as adding your time to the Challenge Leaderboard!
