We offer a range of fitness programs to suit the varying needs of individuals from the wider Hobart community. Choose one-to-one personal training, two-on-one personal training with your workout buddy, join our seniors classes for gentler exercise or introduce your teenager to the gym with supervised training sessions.

Personal training (PT)

Fast-track your way to results with expert one-on-one PT sessions designed just for you:
  • Initial assessment
  • Program tailored for you
  • Achieve your health & fitness goals
  • Individual sessions, or two-on-one sessions where you can train with your workout buddy
  • 5 or 10 session packages (10 session for one-on-one only)

Teens in the Gym

Exercise can take a back seat for teens, behind studying, screen time and seeing friends. Keep them moving with Teens in the Gym, a gym-based, fully supervised education, strength & conditioning program for 12-15 year olds:
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays 3.45pm-4.30pm (one session per week)
  • Wednesdays 3.15pm-4pm (one session per week)
  • Small groups
  • Individual programs
All programs are supervised by fully qualified instructors.

Swim Lessons


Teaching your children to swim and be safe around water is a priority. We offer the Royal Life Saving Society’s Swim & Survive program for 4 yrs+. Lessons run once a week Monday to Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings and afternoons.


School Holiday Swim Programs

Keep kids active and reinforce swim skills with our consecutive day programs during Hobart school holidays. We recommend booking in advance due to popular demand.



Small group swim lessons are available for adults which are available in 5-week program blocks.
We offer two levels – Beginner and Intermediate.
