Teens Fast Track Program

Teaching teens fundamental gym principles and etiquette, focusing on the safe use of cardio and pin-loaded machines, as well as correct technique for basic free weight exercises.

Who is this program for & why should the program be done?

  • Anyone between the ages of 14 and 17 hoping to get their own gym membership or use the gym as a casual
  • To ensure that all gym members under 18 can use the facility safely and effectively, while following the gym’s rules and guidelines

How & when does this program run?

  • 5 x 30 minute 1-on-1 PT sessions
  • Sessions are available throughout the week depending on instructor availability
  • 2 assessments to be completed when the member is ready (at the discretion of the instructor) – 1 written knowledge assessment and 1 practical assessment
  • Paperwork to be completed before the first PT session commences
