Our members love the variety of classes at Friends Health & Fitness. Low-impact, high-impact, strength or cardio-based, there are so many classes to try. From Yoga and Pilates to BODYPUMP, we have all your favourite classes covered. Re-energise your mind, surprise your body and watch the results!

Great for beginners

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never been to the gym or done classes before. Our classes are designed to cater from young to older adult and all fitness levels. Follow the instructor’s moves, and you’ll soon have the hang of it. Try a few different classes to see which suit you best, and chat to our friendly, qualified staff who’ll happily give personalised feedback.
