Enjoyable exercise for young people
Teens in the Gym is a gym education, strength & conditioning program for 13-15 year olds.
Participants receive a workout program to utilise during a weekly group timeslot supervised by a Qualified Gym Instructor.
Sessions run for 45 minutes Monday to Friday after school. (Session times and availability may vary each program)
Maximum 8 per group
